A new Internet craze has been born after SA rapper Cassper Nyovest posted a picture posing with his two Bentleys.
Cassper caused quite a stir on Saturday when he posted the picture in which he was standing on the bonnets of the orange and black Bentleys with his legs widespread. He captioned the picture: “En route to my 26th birthday in Maftown with my twins!!! Dreams come true. God is really good. #BentleyBoys,” not knowing his Bentley Boys would spawn into a new Internet craze.
Upon seeing the post, his followers went crazy and before Cassper knew it, the Internet was overflowing with people trying to replicate the image.
In no time, a #CassperNyovestChallenge hashtag had been created and people were poking fun posing while standing on things they were proud to own.
Some simply chose to be dramatic and drew the Bentley Logo on two papers and took images stomping on the papers. Others stood on Doom, the pesticide which recently made headlines after a prophet in South Africa claimed it could be used to cure cancer and HIV.
Females like Connie Ferguson chose to stand on their shoes while children of celebs posed standing on their bikes. Workers in retail shops have also joined in as an image showing a man balancing on two forklifts is doing the rounds on social media.
Not to be outdone was Zimbabwe’s own Babongile Sikhonjwa who simply chose to stand on Skyz Metro FM vehicle bonnets.
Other celebrities who have taken part in the challenge are Pearl Thusi, Goliath Donnavan, Khabonina and Tolassmo’s children.
